this is another dumpling that i'm talking about today-zong zi
this is homemade nyonya cang from my grandma..we only eat the one she made but not others cause we had taste so many of it but hers is still the best^^mm~~~
this is our pork dumpling(ba cang)
Today is our chinese dumpling festival..our chinese have two type of dumpling the first one known as jiao zhi and the another one is the one known as zong zi..for zong zi we have types of it,exp like pork dumpling(ba cang),nyonya cang and sweet dumpling(di cang)..the dumpling is wrap with some kind of leave and it's shape like pyramid...it is made of glutinous rice(pulut) inside we will fill with either pork or chicken...or some we didn't even fill will anything but we have to it with kaya or gula melaka...there is some picure^^
